Indications: Constipation Haemorrhoids (Arsha) Impaction due to hard stools Distension of abdomen (Aadhmana) Ingredients: Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Amalaki, Mishreya, Trivrith, Danti, Shunti, Chavya, Mocharasa Indrayava, Drakshi.

How to Use

1-2 tablets a day with warm water after food or as directed by the Physician.

Haritaki: It helps in effective functioning of the digestive system. It naturally removes toxins from the body and acts as natural blood purifier. As haritaki is mildly Laxative in nature, it prevents constipation. Vibhitaki: Vibhitaki is one of the most important herbs which is used to relive constipation. This is because of its Rechana (laxative) property. It gives soothing and lubricating effect on the gastro intestinal tract and helps in easy expulsion of stool. Amalaki: High amount of fiber promotes regular bowel movements. Mishreya: Relaxes muscles of stomach and relieve gastrointestinal spasms.
