Endura Ultra Whey Protein is a 100% complete protein shake that provides pure unadulterated whey protein with less fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, lactose and other carbohydrates. It is a unique blend of cross flow ultra filtered whey concentrate with glutamine peptides, ultra filtered whey isolates and peptide rich whey hydrolysates. An excellent source of glutamine and all three branched chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine), this great tasting formula of Endura Ultra Whey protein mixes smoothly to make a refreshing protein shake.

Suggested Use

To encourage a positive nitrogen balance, it is suggested to use 1gm. of protein per pound of body weight per day to form a combination of high protein foods and supplements. For even better results, consume your daily protein over 4-6 small meals spread evenly throughout the day.Mix 2-3 tablespoons in a glass of water or skimmed milk in a blender and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then again blend for 20-30 seconds and a delicious protein shake is ready. On training days take minimum of two servings daily, one serving within 45 minutes of after training and the other serving between the two meals i.e. between lunch and dinner.
