Energy boosting whole beans, high in antioxidant properties, fiber and several vitamins and minerals like folate, iron, molybdenum, manganese and potassium. Great source of plant based protein and plant based compounds like isoflavones and anthocyanins.

How to Use

Directions for cooking: Soak overnight for easy and quick cooking and to prevent gas and bloating. Cook in a pressure cooker until soft and slightly mushy
